Duncan is Chief Investigator for the TracMan Trial. He is also Director of Research for the Intensive Care Society and Clinical Director of the Intensive Care Unit at the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford.
 
Vicki manages the TracMan trial and is based at the trial office at the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford. She has worked on a number of intensive care based trials and has been with the ICS Trials Group since 2003.

Deirdre joined the trial team in May 2006. She has worked in quality assurance of clinical trials in the past. Deirdre now manages the trial database.
 
Chris joined the trial in September 2007 and works part-time (Monday to Thursday, 1-5pm). She has worked in the NHS for over 10 years, however TracMan is the first trial she has worked on. Chirs can help with any general enquiries about the trial.
     

Linda Bower

Linda joined the trial team in September 2006 and currently juggles working on TracMan 3 days a week with working a busy ICU and undertaking an MSc! Linda has worked in critical care for over 10 years and is a Sister in the intensive care unit at Medway Maritime Hospital. She is also on the Southern Region Committee for BACCN.
 
Jo joined the trial team in October 2007 as a Multi-Sites Co-ordinator. In 1996 she qualified as a Paediatric nurse & went on to gain a BSc (Hones) Cell & Molecular Biology in 1999, then a PhD in Immunology at the University of York in 2004. After her 10 years of studying, working as a neonatal & practice nurse she set up a Cord Blood Study at St. James' University Hospital in Leeds where she spent 2 years investigating neonatal immunology. Prior to joining TracMan team she taught medical students at the University of Leeds.
